RISE AND DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION exists to help people and communities build a stronger future through economic opportunity, practical support, and meaningful partnerships. Based in Syracuse, New York, we aim to connect community needs with resources that promote stability, growth, and independence.
Our mission focuses on workforce development, apprenticeship pathways, housing initiatives, and community investment. We seek to collaborate with unions, employers, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders to expand access to training and support projects that improve lives.
Our planned initiatives include housing resources for veterans and individuals seeking recovery, community development projects, grant opportunities, sponsorships, and volunteer events.
